Service Warranty

ZenV services are provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis.

No warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation are implied unless contractually specified.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of ZenV.

Enterprise customers retain ownership of their data.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to fees paid under the applicable contract.

ZenV shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or regulatory damages.

Governing Law

Indian law governs these terms with exclusive jurisdiction in Telangana courts.
